Is there a size limit for delta (differential) migration?

No, there’s no limit. You can migrate any amount of data using delta updates.

Are there limitations on user accounts or licensing?

No. You can use multiple accounts or sub-accounts under one plan. The user migrating must be an Admin in Box and both Account & Project Admin in ACC.

Can we migrate from multiple sources to one ACC destination?

Yes. Cloudsfer supports multiple sources (Box, File System, etc.) into a single ACC target.
Tip: Use multiple Box and ACC admin accounts to avoid vendor API rate and bandwidth limits.

How does Cloudsfer handle Box’s 1TB bandwidth limit?

Can you estimate how long the migration takes?

It depends on data size, file count, network speed, and platform limits.
Typically, Cloudsfer transfers 5–7 GB/hour per job, and you can run jobs in parallel.

Can we sync folders between Box and ACC?

No real-time sync. Cloudsfer is a migration tool, but you can use delta migration to transfer changes without overwriting.

Are there limits on file size or the number of migration jobs?

No limit on job count. File size limits depend on the source/destination platform (e.g., Box or ACC), not Cloudsfer.

Do you offer a free trial or charge per user?

Yes, there’s a free trial with limited data.
Pricing is based on data volume, not per user. Multiple accounts are supported under one plan.

How does the migration process work?

Select your source and destination, pick folders, and start the migration. You can also schedule or run delta (incremental) transfers.

What if something goes wrong during migration?

Cloudsfer gives detailed error logs and lets you retry failed files. Our support team is ready to assist.

Is my data secure with Cloudsfer?

How do I transfer files from Box to ACC?

We don’t recommend migrating a single 40TB folder. Instead, split it by departments, and if needed, into subfolders for better performance.
